Nature of Employment: Regardless of whether or not I become employed by American Serb Memorial Hall (ASMH), I recognize that this application is not and should not be considered a contract of employment. I further understand that employment at ASMH is on an “at-will” basis and employment is not guaranteed for any term, and may be terminated by the company or myself for any reason, at any time, with or without notice, so long as there is no violation of applicable law. I understand that no employee of ASMH has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time, or to assure any benefits or terms or conditions of employment, unless such agreement is in writing and signed by the President the of Board of Directors of ASMH or designee.

Physical Examination: I will take a post-offer physical examination and/or drug test, from a physician designated by ASMH, at ASMH’s expense. I authorize the physician or testing facility to provide ASMH the results of the examination and I release ASMH from any liability from the lawful use of such information for employment purposes. I understand that further employment consideration for job placement may be affected by the results of the examination.
